In Town
- Registration for people living in town: Friday, Oct. 19, 2007 10:00 AM
to 2:00 PM. If you are not able to bring your paintings in at this
time, please call Jeanne Price (979-690-3615) to make arrangements to
bring your work in prior to regular time.
Out of Town
- Registration for those living out of town Sat. Oct. 20, 9:00 to 10:00.
(If you are bringing paintings in on Sat., please call Jeanne Price
(979-690-3615). We want to make sure we reserve your place in the
appropriate spot for the judging).
Judging
10:00 Judging will begin > 1:00 Awards and Reception > Pick up artwork

Special Note: Picking up artwork early will disqualify you
from the next exhibit

BVAL members $6:00 per piece with a maximum of 3 pieces
Non-member: $8:00 per piece with a maximum of 3

Please Read
Due to the width of our flats we cannot accept paintings wider than
38 inches. Items must be entered in the name of the artist. All work
must be the original composition of the artist. No copy work or
teacher-assisted work will be accepted. Entries must be framed,
ready to be hung with stranded picture wire strung from side to
side. No saw-toothed hangers accepted. Two dimensional work must
weigh no more than 20 lbs. All work must hang the whole show - NO
EXCEPTIONS. Work must be done in the last two years. No nude or
suggestive subjects will be accepted. Gallery Wrapped paintings are
acceptable. Gallery wrapped paintings have canvas wrapped on all
sides with no staples showing and are painted on all sides. Lone
Star Art Guide rules apply. If you have any questions, please refer
to Page 314 in your current membership book.

Labels:
Please complete two copies of the attached labels for each entry. Please
one on the back of the piece of art and bring the duplicate with your
check and the signed release form to the registration.
